{"id":355,"date":"2011-01-10T16:31:49","date_gmt":"2011-01-10T16:31:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chaplachap.com\/tree\/?page_id=355"},"modified":"2024-09-23T18:47:31","modified_gmt":"2024-09-23T18:47:31","slug":"psalm-25","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chaplachap.com\/tree\/psalm-25\/","title":{"rendered":"25"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/chaplachap.com\/tree\/?psalm\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5\" src=\"https:\/\/chaplachap.com\/tree\/wp-content\/pstrees\/025.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"299\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>To you, O Lord, I lift up my soul.<\/p>\n<p>O my God, in you I trust; do not let me be put to shame; do not let my enemies exult over me.<\/p>\n<p>Do not let those who wait for you be put to shame; let them be ashamed who are wantonly treacherous.<\/p>\n<p>Make me to know your ways, O Lord; teach me your paths.<\/p>\n<p>Lead me in your truth, and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation; for you I wait all day long.<\/p>\n<p>Be mindful of your mercy, O Lord, and of your steadfast love, for they have been from of old.<\/p>\n<p>Do not remember the sins of my youth or my transgressions; according to your steadfast love remember me, for your goodness\u2019 sake, O Lord!<\/p>\n<p>Good and upright is the Lord; therefore he instructs sinners in the way.<\/p>\n<p>He leads the humble in what is right, and teaches the humble his way.<\/p>\n<p>All the paths of the Lord are steadfast love and faithfulness, for those who keep his covenant and his decrees.<\/p>\n<p>For your name\u2019s sake, O Lord, pardon my guilt, for it is great.<\/p>\n<p>Who are they that fear the Lord? He will teach them the way that they should choose.<\/p>\n<p>They will abide in prosperity, and their children shall possess the land.<\/p>\n<p>The friendship of the Lord is for those who fear him, and he makes his covenant known to them.<\/p>\n<p>My eyes are ever toward the Lord, for he will pluck my feet out of the net.<\/p>\n<p>Turn to me and be gracious to me, for I am lonely and afflicted.<\/p>\n<p>Relieve the troubles of my heart, and bring me out of my distress.<\/p>\n<p>Consider my affliction and my trouble, and forgive all my sins.<\/p>\n<p>Consider how many are my foes, and with what violent hatred they hate me.<\/p>\n<p>O guard my life, and deliver me; do not let me be put to shame, for I take refuge in you.<\/p>\n<p>May integrity and uprightness preserve me, for I wait for you.<\/p>\n<p>Redeem Israel, O God, out of all its troubles.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To you, O Lord, I lift up my soul.
