{"id":364,"date":"2011-01-10T16:42:54","date_gmt":"2011-01-10T16:42:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chaplachap.com\/tree\/?page_id=364"},"modified":"2024-09-23T18:53:22","modified_gmt":"2024-09-23T18:53:22","slug":"psalm-28","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chaplachap.com\/tree\/psalm-28\/","title":{"rendered":"28"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/chaplachap.com\/tree\/?psalm\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5\" src=\"https:\/\/chaplachap.com\/tree\/wp-content\/pstrees\/028.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"299\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>To you, O Lord, I call; my rock, do not refuse to hear me, <\/p>\n<p>for if you are silent to me, I shall be like those who go down to the Pit.<\/p>\n<p>Hear the voice of my supplication, as I cry to you for help, <\/p>\n<p>as I lift up my hands toward your most holy sanctuary.<\/p>\n<p>Do not drag me away with the wicked, with those who are workers of evil, <\/p>\n<p>who speak peace with their neighbors, while mischief is in their hearts.<\/p>\n<p>Repay them according to their work, and according to the evil of their deeds; <\/p>\n<p>repay them according to the work of their hands; render them their due reward.<\/p>\n<p>Because they do not regard the works of the Lord, or the work of his hands, <\/p>\n<p>he will break them down and build them up no more.<\/p>\n<p>Blessed be the Lord, for he has heard the sound of my pleadings.<\/p>\n<p>The Lord is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts; <\/p>\n<p>so I am helped, and my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to him.<\/p>\n<p>The Lord is the strength of his people; he is the saving refuge of his anointed.<\/p>\n<p>O save your people, and bless your heritage; be their shepherd, and carry them forever.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To you, O Lord, I call; my rock, do not refuse to hear me, for if you are silent to me, I shall be like those who go down to the Pit.
